Thank you for your interest in Altus Global, operated by MetaLoop, Inc. and its affiliates, including Altus Global (collectively, "MetaLoop," "Altus Global," "Altus," "us," "our," or "we"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions" or "Terms"), including the Altus Global Privacy Policy incorporated into these Terms by reference and any other applicable policies and guidelines, as may be updated from time to time, govern your use of the Service. The "Service" refers to the Altus Global website, web application, and mobile applications for iPhone and Android, and all related sites and subdomains on which a link to these Terms is displayed.
Altus Global is a market-data and research tool. It provides real-time U.S. stock, ETF, and index quotes, charts, technical indicators, and watchlists for informational and educational purposes only. It does not offer trading, order placement, brokerage services, or personalized investment advice, and does not hold customer funds or securities.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Altus Global. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. All references to "you" or "your" mean the person who accesses or uses the Service in any manner, and each of your heirs, assigns, and successors. If you use the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Access to and use of the Service is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and can form legally-binding contracts under applicable law. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are eligible.
Altus Global is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Altus Global is not a broker-dealer or investment adviser; does not facilitate the buying or selling of securities, execute or route orders, or provide trading or brokerage services; does not hold or have custody of customer funds or securities; and does not provide personalized, financial, tax, or investment advice, recommendations, or solicitations to buy or sell any security. Nothing in the Service constitutes investment, financial, tax, or legal advice.

Real-time U.S. market data (quotes, charts, and analytics) is provided to you through Altus Global via one or more third-party data providers, including MetaLoop, Inc., which source data from U.S. securities exchanges and other market venues ("Data Providers"). You acknowledge and agree that:
A. Market data is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, retransmit, resell, store for redistribution, or commercially exploit any market data, in whole or in part.
B. Neither Altus, the Data Providers, nor any exchange or market venue guarantees the timeliness, sequence, accuracy, completeness, or availability of any data, and none shall be liable for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the data.
C. Market data may be subject to the rules and terms of the originating exchanges and Data Providers, and you agree to comply with any such terms that apply to your use.
D. Your access to market data may be modified, limited, suspended, or terminated at any time, including where required by a Data Provider or exchange.
E. The Data Providers and exchanges are third-party beneficiaries of this Section and may enforce its terms directly against you.
